Temples, a scout with Charlie Company, 2nd Light Armored Reconnaissance Battalion, Regimental Combat Team 5, provides security while fellow scouts search old Iraqi bunkers in western Anbar province, Iraq, May 2. Charlie Company, known as ‘Gunfighter,’ has supported the border patrol since arriving in Iraq. Whenever a smuggler tries to sneak by the border patrol, the Marines are there to gather what weapons they may have stored to inflict harm on Coalition forces and Iraqi civilians.
