When I saw this building after it was first built a few years back, I thought the builders had done something terribly wrong. Well, I was the one who was wrong. They meant the whole front glass facade to hang askew at this weird angle. It is really quite interesting to look at, and is just another example of the unusual designs today that are part of our modern architecture.
