There are certain neighborhoods locally, and I would guess every locale has them, where "everyone" on a given street decorates and lights their home for the holidays. Growing up, I came to know them as a "Christmas Street", and moving years later, discovered there was more than one. These homes are from one such street nearby. With the digitally added "Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year", the photograph makes a nice holiday postcard. Artistic effect created using "stylize diffuse" filter in CS2.
