Pacific Ocean (Dec. 12, 2006) - USS Blue Ridge (LCC 19) sends a pallet across the hot line to the Military Sealift Command (MSC) fleet support ship USNS San Jose (T-AFS 7) during a nighttime replenishment at sea. Blue Ridge is the flagship for Commander, U.S. 7th Fleet. Task Force 76 is headquartered at White Beach Naval Facility, Okinawa, Japan, with an operating detachment in Sasebo, Japan.
