TAKORADI, Ghana, (Dec. 26, 2007) Engineman Fireman Lonnie Davis hands out candy to children in Takoradi, Ghana near Essikado hospital where Africa Partnership Station (APS) volunteers spent the day completing painting projects Dec. 26. APS is a multi-national effort to bring the latest training and techniques to maritime professionals in nine West African countries, to address common threats of illegal fishing, smuggling, and human trafficking.
