Stock Photo Description: Stock photograph of Brentor on the western edge of Dartmoor where a tiny granite church is sat on a rocky crag of volcanic rock. The church is visible from many miles away in all directions. The church is dedicated to St Michael of the rock, a saint shared with the other famous hilltop churches at St Michael's Mount and Glastonbury Tor. These three features are points on the great Ley line which terminates at the Avebury stone circle. This mysterious line is believed by some to be a conduit of cosmic forces. The lowlate afternoon sun casts shadow on the rocks.
