Stock Photo Description: Stock photo of the Earth Voyager, a massive trimaran sailboat which toured the Great Lakes this summer to raise awareness about the economic benefits of environmental restoration. Earth Voyager, the fastest sailboat on the Great Lakes, is a formula 60 trimaran, sixty feet long, 44 feet wide, and nearly 100 feet to the top of the sails. In an 8 knot wind (about 9 mph) she can do 18 knots (about 21 mph), and has been clocked at over 33 knots (nearly 40 mph). This image show Earth Voyager docked in Grand Haven, MI.
