Stock Photo Description: Weisendanger Falls is above Multnomah Falls in the Columbia River Gorge in Oregon. I had a booth selling my photographs at Portland Saturday Market this last August (2003) and a lady came up to me asking about this photograph. After she was sure it was the right falls, she told me that on Friday afternoon, 2 days before, she and her boyfriend sat on that log right there, as she pointed to it, and said that he had asked her to marry him. They were so excited about the photograph. She said her answer was yes.
